Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who was the captain and member in the 2012 fierce 5 and 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. In the 2012 Olympics in London she was awarded gold medals for floor and team competitions, as well as a bronze on the balance beam. It made her the first American gymnast to compete at the Olympics with the highest number of medals. She and teammates Gabby Doug and Gabby Doug were the very first Americans to win back-to-back team golds. Also, she took home silver medals in individual all-around, and floor exercises. Between her two Olympics, she had a break. Gold medal winner American team also won two World Championships. The event she enjoys the most is the flooring exercise. Gymnastics was her first sport she began to learn in the year she turned two years older. Aly supports the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in memory her grandmother, who died from cancer. She wants to have an enviable career in fashion. Her distinctive leotards along with socks and other garments will be expanded in the future. Fierce, a new book she's currently working on, will launch later in the year.
